There are a lot of ways this weeks motivation is true… you get healthy, you get happy, you stay healthy, you stay happy, all bacuase of the run.
And what does it take? Just a little time, and some sweat. That 4 gallons of nachos you downed yesterday for the big game… all forgotten after a nice long run.
